How do I clean up a car?

go to a safe house, one where the door closes behind you, like Sammie's. When you come back out your car should be fixed and clean like new.

Drive around in water where you start baron saturday, its just the right depth so your engine keeps going, cleans the inside too.

Nope... you cant... at least you cant order Police Cars, Trucks, Taxis, Fed Reserve Armored Cars... well... most of the cars that drive around and are not in your motor pool...

i wish they had one or two slots for "special" cars one has "obtained".

i wish they had some slots for saving other cars. For sure it wouldnt be hard to do and it would be cool to save some vehicles. The town is full of cool lookin cars.

The samson harrier is coming with the new dlc on the 25th, if that's any consolation.
