Not that I really understand how this kind of thing works, but if this effected Mafia III, it seems logical it would effect many other games too. There's no way developers are going to release updates on older games, how can this be on Hangar 13, shouoldn't Steam be responsible to fix this?
Yea I agree. This is an issue with steam, not the developer.
That being said, it seem like aim assist is no longer functioning and I've yet to come up with a fix for that. It was working fine before this update, so it would seem that Steams update somehow messed this up.
Which is the only reason im thinking disconnecting the mouse all togther might fix the issues.
BUT, yes... there's no aim assist no matter the aim assist settings used.
Mafia III is nearly impossible to play with a controller without aim assist. I'm in the same boat, I finally got out of the store but it took one hell of a lot of spray-n-pray and adrenaline shots to do it.
This is very frustrating! You are more patient than I am. I am sure it has to be a Steam issue. I started Stones Unturned on release day and didn't have any problems. I was looking forward to really playing it this weekend, but probably won't now until this gets fixed.
