But please don't tell me that 770 4GB is not enough, i play GTA V on High with stable 60 fps(vsync on), i play other games fine. "Just run it with 10x series!" - is not the answer, especially for this poor 2011-looking game.
I retired my GTX 770 over two years ago because it wasn't cutting it with some newer games that need more than 4GB of VRAM. It's still a decent card but not so great with recent, demanding games.
It's another case of consolitis. Releasing the game with a 30 fps cap was a dead giveaway. Whether they bother to fix the performance issues remains to be seen. This game was expensive to make and I'm guessing the PC port wasn't high on the list of priorities.
+ no achievements, not a nice joke for pc player.
♥♥♥♥ you so much hangar 13, you don't like us, we hate you.

Runs like crap sometimes i runs very good at 60 FPS but then in some scenes i goes down to 45 fps
GTX970
And when not focusing on number like an ******* the game runs perfectly fine and looks great on high settings. No stuttering, no lag. Perhaps it's not 60fps, perhaps it is. But I try not to be so anal about numbers and then everything is fine.
