Where does Father James live?

Hello guys! I am doing a contraband mission which tells me to rob a medical supply truck. The mission says I need to either destroy the truck or deliver it to father james. I want to deliver it to father james, but I can't remember where he lives and the map doesn't show where he lives.

in the french ward, slightly above middle of the map. zoom in the map a bit and you should see the icon for his place.
