Still no 144Hz and no borderless windowed?

Will they ever fix this? It's already June, 9 months since game released and still I am forced to play on 60Hz on my Gsync 144Hz monitor... Please, at least add borderless windowed option :(

Yes, still not borderless option - total shame.

However, there is a workaround with borderless gaming - an issue will be if you alt+tab it out of the position (then the top window will appear again), so you have to reapply it in the borderless window and alt+tab it back. Confusing, I know.

That doesn't rly help you know? It still has annoying border around.

I only have a 2k monitor and I run it at 120hz and mafia III runs it I think I am not sure?

I thought exactly like this initially, but I was surprised that once I started playing, I really didn't notice. In my experience at least. Just give it a shot. Maybe works out for You too.

I'm not saying that this should not be brought up though. Borderless window should have been there day1. Its exclusion is inexcusable.

You can find it on github. They have started this paid thing just recently.

Unfortunately, not every game is going to have native 144hz support... You shouldn't have any issue playing the game at 60 or 120hz on that monitor no? This type of game doesn't really benefit from 144hz either as it's not a competitive shooter that requires insane response times and also doubt you would even be able to maintain half the frames for 144hz anyway.

Borderless window thing is kinda strange to not include in a game that uses DX11. If it had borderless window than 144hz would probably work considering the game can run in 144 in windowed.

There is an app that you can use to disable lower refresh rates effectively forcing 144hz.

Hi, I have the same issue. I found a solution (sorry for my bad english). I have g-sync and v-sync enable on NVCP (XB271HU 165hz)
Fix: Right-click on the mafia3.exe and go to properties. Go to the compatibilityoption and check "Disable fullscreen optimization" and hit apply.
