Online connection not working

Are the online servers currently working? We are getting a message to check our network connection. Done the usual, checked internet, reinstalled etc.. Both parties in different locations receive the same message. Playing on Xbox one, second player is on Xbox series x. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I have no ideas, my brothers and I wanted to get back into it but we can’t connect to online servers either. I will comment here if I find out anything
