Best/Quickest Way to Acquire Wooden Boards

I understand the developers didn't intend for every camp building to necessarily be the level of the camp as a whole, but most of my buildings lag far behind my camp level because Wooden Boards are just so hard to come by. What quest is best for farming them, and is there a way to make Wooden Boards at the camp?

x, craft, wooden board should be there, you need wood and saw as i recall :)

Thank you very much! I thought I had crafted Wooden Boards early on... I put my Wood Saw in the trunk and forgot I could do such a thing!
So now that I have have plenty of Wooden Boards (and my most important buildings are all at the same level as my camp -- Armory, Smelter, Accessories), I now have other item shortages I really DO have to farm for, like the Aluminum Sheets... doesn't seem like the quest 'The Usurper' is the best like the game suggests...I usually get two from completed the quest and find one on the map.

You can also keep repeating the 'Rabid Coyote' quest, this gives you a very easy 15 boards a time :)
