Online CANT SEE ANY SERVER

hello, i have bought the game today for playng it online with a friend. When i go on online i cant see any server, and game in status connection say me: there is no connection.

I cant host, if i press new camp. I can't join when my friend invite me on steam. i have unistalled and instelled, checked file...... don't know what can i do.

Help me please!!!

Deactivate or remove your antiviral. If it's AVG, you may need to remove it.

I have Kaspersky, i dont want to remove it. I have alot of game no one single problem. I rellay dont think this is the best solution, and certanly isn't the only cause this is a game problem not Av problem. Please can someone patch it? or i'll ask the refound soon cause i bought for online play.... Ty for the answer anyway.

You can desactivate your antiviral and firewall software for a few seconds/minutes, you won't get invaded for that, so you will know if problems is from it.

If so, then you will need to configure it properly.

Sometimes Av has false positive.

I Just tried to deactivate but it does not work. I tried to put it in allowed connections. But nothing changes.... I think i'll ask a refound. Thank you for help!
