I just finished one of Kovak's missions, and my screen says:

"Build up your new friendship with Raymond; Find him in the camp."

Don't remember who Raymond is nor can I find him.

He's new, you have to explore and find him :)

So that's new content? The message was confusing, making me think he was in my camp. I'll look around.

He is in the main camp map. If you look in the overhead map you will see a new icon on the map for him once you receive that message.

I can see the other camp on the map (it is off to the right on the map) but there doesn't appear to be any way to get to it. I presume this is where Raymond is but it is impossible to get to him. Anyone else have this problem?

Raymond is in the southwest of the map. If you haven't discovered the area yet it'll be a giant red exclamation point.
