Good Samaritan Achievement - Where is it?

I've completed every mission and all of the camp defend missions, fully upgraded my camp, completed all of the alien missions, and yet this achievement still has not been fulfilled. Any reccomendations short of redoing them all methodically again?

Go back around and just talk to everything again, but, dont go on any missions. This includes the Tutorial Pylon when you first started the game. I had to do this to unlock the same achievement.

Well, I just tried that, still nothing. :/

Edit:
Well, after I did that, I noticed that there was still an "!" at the radio in the bunker, so I decided to redo all those missions, again (I've done several of them multiple times) soon as I finished Turkey with Stuffing, I got the achievement.

Oh ♥♥♥♥ sorry, I was thinking that was the achievement for visiting everyone. Just looked at them all, just do all the missions from every NPC with the exception of the Explosive DLC lady.

You also have to complete the elite ones to obtain the achievement

When I said "every mission" I meant "All".

Anyway, I think it might have had something to do with one of my friends starting the missions and me joining him, even though it was from within my own camp; we had done "Turkey with Stuffing" many times due to the fun factor.
