This is just a long line of Ubisoft not giving the game variety; they just nerf the better weapons and call it a day. The G36C used to be regarded as one of the worst guns on offense. Now it is regarded to be too good and consequently nerfed. When will Ubisoft learn that offense was never OP, even with all the so-called 'OP' weaponry?
If you want to change the game up consistently, PATCH MORE OFTEN. No wonder LOL, a toxic cesspool of a game, is at least much more well-received as a competitive game, all due to consistent and frequent balancing. Ubisoft is both the know-it-all who believes they know what is best for the game, and the lazy bum who isn't hard-working enough to change the game enough to make it stimulating.
This patch, along with numerous patches in the past, has led to a meta we have experienced time and time in the past: players hate playing attack. And for a company that claims they are patching for new players, nerfing the more difficult side to play sure seems like a dumb decision.
HAD TO REPOST
