cant play ranked because of security issues

when I try to play ranked it tells me I need to secure my account first. when I look at the button on r6 to secure, it shows I have a phone number but no two step verification. but when I click on it its shown that I dont have a phone number but do have two step verification. I have done both of these and have deactivated two step verification and re-entered my phone number.
