Problem Playing Ranked

When getting my account to level 50 i unlocked ranked so i try to play but then it says i need to add my phone number to be able to play. So i added my phone number on ubisoft's website but i get back on R6 and the check boxes that tell me when im ready to play ranked all checked off except adding my phone number i dont know what to do

Hi Trump! I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing with adding your phone number to play Ranked in R6 Siege. If you have secured your Ubisoft account by activating 2FA, yet you still can't play Ranked, I'd suggest the following:

• Fully closing the game then reopening
  
• Ensure you have the latest version of Ubisoft Connect[ubi.li] installed
  
• Verifying your game files
  
• Run the game as an admin to see if the issue's due to a lack of permissions

i have opened a case on this issue and im trying to change my phone number back to my main account but it wont let me and the people on the case are doing nothing about it
