Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege

Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege

Problems w/data centers.
Since 2022, I've been experiencing packet loss, latency, FPS drops, and more. No matter what I do, I've reset the settings of my pc twice and even switched internet providers. I've also tried everything online to fix this issue, but nothing works, or if it does, it only lasts for three or four matches.

note: I also upgraded my pc during this time (2022-2025), It didn't fix the problem either.

Any help with this problem? I'm tired boss. :steamsad:

Hello Yokito Fokito!

I'm sorry to hear that you have been experiencing connectivity issues for the last three years. FPS issues are usually not related to the connection or data centres. Moreover, latency is more related to your ISP and how far you are from the closest data centre.

To investigate the issue, could you please provide us with a video showing it and screenshots if you are receiving any error messages? In the meantime, I suggest performing connectivity troubleshooting.[ubi.li]and changing the data centres.[ubi.li]

Additionally, if you are experiencing the same issue on different PCs, check for similar software installed on them, such as firewalls, antiviruses, or anything else that might affect your connectivity and temporarily disable them.

Sure, where can I send the recording and screenshots? I don't use any antivirus other than Windows Defender, I've allowed the game through the firewall, I've even made a QoS policy for the game.

The closest data center to my location is the one in southern Brazil, with which I have a connection of around 24-40ms, with the others my ping goes up to +100ms minimum.

I apologize if my English isn't very good, I live in Argentina and I'm really trying.

Hey there,

You should be able to provide those links here if you're able to host them somewhere, alternatively you could attach them to an R6Fix ticket[www.ubisoft.com] and send us that link instead?
