i created the case at march 11 with case ID: 23032535 for ban appeal..... like when can i get a reply huh. my friend created a case at 15 march and already got a respond at 18 march.

my account was hacked before and i manage to get the account back via the account recovery on ubisoft server, but i still got permanent ban on rainbow six siege and it got showed off on my steam profile.... i will provide everything like log files etc. please i really need help for this
