BattlEye Update Failed (1, 28)/(5,56) + Windows no access

I have already reinstalled the game, launcher and anticheat 6 times, gave all permissions to folders and files, added everything to the firewall whitelist, disabled the firewall, disabled Windows antivirus, tried to install on another disk, nothing helps. The update error (5.56) or (1.28) still appears. Please help, I can't log in for 3 days. I am ignored on the official website, I sent all the information there too. I also tried a clean system boot - it didn't help.

I have an Issue when with battleye that whenever I click start the game doesn't start and says Battleye failed to start (0) and I tried a lot of different things to fix the issue, but nothing seems to work so if I could get a second opinion that would be very helpful.
