Hey there folks,

If this issue is still ongoing there's a few things I can suggest for you.

First please check the my cases section and see if the case was created as occasionally the error can appear but the case will still have been created and can be updated from this screen.

If there's no cases listed please try creating a case using a different device and/or using a different browser, if that's not possible please run through these steps[www.ubisoft.com], please let us know if the issue has persisted.
