Are the servers still down

When i load in it wont even let me login to my ubisoft act

People are getting stuck midway through games on the op select screen I BEG this is fixed cos I don't want to leave and have this effect my reputation (I and 9 other people have been sat for 30 minutes on this screen)

and reading other discussions, some people have sat for hours waiting
