R6 Crashing

I used to us DX11 not DX12 because it would just crash randomly, nothing in specific that you would think would cause it like vfx or anything, just random crashes while watching an angle. Now its happening again since they removed DX11. I'll be sitting somewhere watching an angle or choosing an opp or any scenario and my game will freeze, audio will play like the bomb beeping or a zipline noise will continue, then it'll just crash. Someone help pls i keep getting booted from ranked
