Game wont launch because of Battle Eye not updating

Every time I try to play siege as of recent battle eye hits me with:
update failed (1, 28). please check your internet connection and/or firewall

I have made everything battle eye and siege accepted on my firewall, restarted my computer and internet, verified the integrity of the files, uninstalled and reinstalled battle eye, and uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. But to no avail. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I had the same problem last season. I reinstalled Battle Eye 3 times and did some stuff I saw on YouTube, but nothing fixed it. After 3-4 days, the games started working. It's been 2 days since the new update, I have the same problem. When the game loads, it gives me the option to install the update and restart the game, I click it and nothing happens. I guess it's going to fix itself in a couple of days. Anyway, the best thing is to drop the game in general, it sucks if you play alone untill you hit like emeraald bacause people just dont like to use their mics even though the whole game is based on comunication and on top of that its hard to find people who are not toxic.

I did most of what I could find solutions wise but it randomly started working for me again after a few hours
