Hey 神比太阳神赫利俄斯, sorry to hear that you are encountering this error when you try to launch Rainbow Six Siege despite your troubleshooting.

To rule out some common causes of issues I have some tips I would advise trying below:

- Ensure you have Ubisoft Connect [ubi.li] installed and updated
- Try to have both the game and Ubisoft Connect and Steam on the same drive
- Add Ubisoft Connect and the game to your anti-virus/firewall whitelist
- Complete the steps in our dedicated troubleshooting guide, [ubi.li] some you have already completed but I would recommend the others.
- Launch Ubisoft Connect, Steam and Siege using admin rights [ubi.li] to ensure permissions are granted.

If this persists, would it be possible to advise when this started?

Many thanks

Hey guys, thank you for your continued updates.

As the earlier advice has not helped, it would be really beneficial to take a look at your Dxdiag[support.ubisoft.com] and Msinfo[www.ubisoft.com] so that we can get a deeper look at the problem.

These files can be attached to a new case[support.ubi.com] so that we can take a look.

In the mean time if we can help with anything else, just let us know
Any fix yet
