currently i have win 11 and everything is updated and i have no issue with any other game !
p.s: while trying all these method i managed to get the game running but after a restart i keep getting the same error and i have to do everything all over again !

Hey Kinglet,

Sorry to hear it that you cannot launch Rainbow Six Siege on your PC.

Did the game work on this PC before and stopped suddenly?
Or is this a new PC and a new installation and you have not been able to launch it at all?

Can you share with us the full specs of your PC please?
CPU:
GPU:
RAM:
Storage type (NVME, SSD, HDD):

Do you have any additional USB accessories plugged in?
Do you have more than one monitor?
Is the Ubisoft Connect and the game installed on the system C drive?

Please include the GPU driver version and date and the game's installation path.

Thank you, Kinglet.

All the specs and installation path are absolutely fine.

See if you can launch the game from the RainbowSix.exe file directly, but launch it as administrator - right-click on the file - Run as Administrator.

Make sure that Ubisoft Connect is completely closed, not just minimised to the task bar.

If this does not help you, I would advise reinstalling the game, but via Ubisoft Connect launched as administrator - the same way.
