- Unplug non-essential peripherals (extra monitors, controllers, VR equipment, etc.)

- Uninstall the game and Ubisoft Connect, then reinstall them on the same drive as your OS - https://ubi.li/cf8hs
If those steps do not help could you please confirm your PC specifications?
CTFMON.exe is a Windows system file. If it comes up on your screen with an issue it means you may have corrupted Windows files.
There are some good advise articles posted above by Ubi-Sigil, make sure you go through them, please.
