(type WinVer in the Start menu and press Enter to check your Windows version and build)
Is the Ubisoft Connect and the game installed on the system C drive?
The issues with connecting to Windows Update sound as is there is something blocking standard connectivity. Are you using any VPN or additional antivirus / firewall?
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
GPU: 2070 super
Ram: Hyperx 16gb 3200mhz
Storage type: 2x 500gb nvme
Windows version: 22H2 (19045.3803)
The first time I installed everything on the C drive but I reinstalled them now on my D drive.
I use a VPN but even when it's off or blocked there is no difference. Otherwise I can't think of anything else blocking it.
any help is appreciated :)
Thanks for confirming that for us.
Can I ask you to attempt the suggested steps you have not already attempted on the BE website for this issue please? You can find those here[www.battleye.com] for this particular problem under the heading, "My BE Launcher window shows “[INFO] Blocked loading of file: …” messages What’s wrong and do I risk getting banned?", a number of these steps do reference Windows and you mentioned Windows not functioning correctly so I think there's a strong likelihood this may be the root cause of this recurring situation.
Thank you for kindly sharing what resolved this for you. It is great to hear you are now up and running.
If ever we can help in the future, just let us know
for the 'insufficient resources' problem. This will most likely help you to resolve your issue. Just check the certificates for all the .exe files in your game and follow the procedure. Thank the person in the thread as well!
