Abandon Sanctions for game crashes

There should not be any abandon sanctions for game crashes. I had earlier accrued 3 abandons due to internet issues, but having the game crash entirely and getting a 2 day ban does not make sense. It only further alienates the player base, who is already facing the freezing issues and now crashes out of the control of the player.

Regrettably we are unable to lift any temporary abandon sanctions from disconnections as we do not have the ability to do so, this is solely managed by the game and sanctions will become longer, for the amount of times a game has been abandoned or disconnected from.

If your game is crashing to desktop or freezing completely, please let us know as we may be able to advise a few things to stop this from happening.

They could, but the refuse to since they would actually have to admit there system is garbage and punishes people for no reason

For clarity - we are not developers of the game, rather we are Ubisoft Support.

So we cannot speculate on why such limitations are in place.

We're happy to pass your feedback on, but as the system is designed in this manner, it's unlikely changes will be made to facilitate the lifting of temporary bans.

We have an appeals process in-place for any permanent bans.
