Do you recieve any other error codes / messages at all?
As 2-0x00019008 refers to a BattlEye disconnection due to inactivity / a connection issue.
Please understand that we do not have any visibility over any one users connection to the game servers so there is no physical action we can take from our end, as such, it is key that relevant troubleshooting steps are completed.
These allow us to rule out any local issues as well as collate any information we may require on your setup / network to ideally diagnose the issue.
As such, we kindly ask that you ensure that you have completed all of the steps in our PC connectivity guide, found here[www.ubisoft.com], along with completing Port Forwarding[www.ubisoft.com] for the game (please reach out to your ISP if you have issues with this).
If you continue to have issues after completing these all, then please could you contact us directly via our Support Site[ubi.li] , Facebook[ubi.li] or Twitter[ubi.li] and include images of your Trace Route results and Port Forwarding settings, we'll be able to take a closer look.
