How to get Tier 2 operators for 1k renown

Hi, I haven't had the game for too long, but I noticed that some friends who also own the game can get the Tier 2 operators for 1k renown rather than 10k. Is this because they have the Deluxe Edition, and how can I get these operators cheaper? Thanks

Hey there Orange_Juice,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you!

Players with the Year 5 Pass will be entitled to a 10% discount on purchases with renown or credits in the Store. Bundles will also be discounted further if some of the content is already owned.

Outside of this, the standard renown price is 10,000 renown as there are no plans to reduce this further outside of the above discounts via the Year Pass.
