Are you sure that the correct email address is linked to your Ubisoft account? If so, please try the following solution:
Add these 2 email addresses AccountSupport@ubi.com and no-reply.account@ubisoft.com to your email whitelist in the email settings of the mailbox. Check if you are now receiving any messages from us.
