Can someone help me please,
Already 2 days and i got the same problem when input my phone number.

At phase 1 they ask me for the email
At phase 2 they ask for the verify vode
Not even reach the phase 3 and 4
then the result is

"Sorry,we are currently unable to process your request. Please try again"

I tried many time untill it reach limit and waiting for 24 hours. already since last 2 days and nothing changed.

Already send ticket to ubisoft to since the 1st day but still no feedback.

Any solution for this problem???

bro i founded solution, don’t try to link your number for three days and then everything will work out. I was just able to tie like this

I have the same issue. Did you solve it?

nope cant play ranked, seriouslly this must be the only game in all of steam that asks for a mobile number to play competitive, ubisoft u goons.

Just in case, I was able to solve it, it was a problem with the prefix of my country number, Even when I was able to receive the codes. I sent a text from my numbre to another cellphone and had to copy the number, i know it sounds silly, but this didn't happen with any other platform/game that requieres a cellphone.

Bro soy de arg, como hiciste? no entendi el mensaje rey. decis que con el prefijo 11... se bugea? no entendi.

I have the same problem and I don't understand how to solve it, of course there is an option not to touch their site for a few days to check if it works, support can't explain anything intelligible about what the problem is related to🥞
