cant get twitch drop rewards
i watched the stream for long enough to get the natural ten siege x charm, but even though i claimed it, its not in my account. i got the three e sports packs and the shotgun skin but not the charm

Hey folks,

Just to confirm this officially from our side too, the info shared above by marmotous is correct. The Natural Ten charm will be available from June 10th when Siege X goes live and not before. If you've claimed the drop and your Twitch is connected to your account it'll be ready and waiting for you in your in game inventory then. Everything else however should be available immediately after claiming the drop so if you're missing anything else please let us know.
