HELP
I went into the game and the game says that it can't connect to the servers and my name is a bunch of random numbers and letters. Does anybody have a fix?

How are you getting on?

Are you still unable to connect / see your username?

same thing as well, just randomly happened and this never happened before

Same thing is happening to me I contacted support because I thought I was maybe banned for some reason

okay i troubleshooted and fixed the issue myself. it was that battle eye thought i had something weird opened in the back ground while siege was running so it didnt let me play so after i closed literally EVERYTHING but steam i opened rainbow and it worked fine

if I delete the game and redownload it will that fix it?

Verifying all game files, then restarting my computer fixed the issue for me

Tysm This worked.... also for anyone else trying this, make sure to restart not just verify. I tried to just verify and it didn't work.

The same thing happened to me, did it say your files didn’t match before you entered the game?

This is currently under investigation. For now, logging out of Ubisoft Connect and back in should restore your progress.
