"Hey,

I would suggest to try running Ubisoft Connect as admin first of all. You can do this by right click the .exe file for Ubisoft Connect before launching them and choose the "run as administrator" option. Also by right clicking and choosing "Properties" then go to the "Compatibility" tab and ticking the box to "run as administrator" option and clicking "apply".

If this hasn't worked, you can also try doing this with the games .exe file in the installation folder too and see if that force launches the game.

Let us know if running either of these as admin helped you. "

i have same issue. Stop working today. I already check files, restart everything, restart pc, reinstall ubi and game, check drivers... everything possible and impossible. Nothing work so if you find out, write it here pls

Guys, need finaly close steam. Open only ubisoft connect and click play. Then the update window will open, but not Steam itself. We are do it now and game start work
