This bug is SIEGE using 90% of the cpu NOT ubi overlay.
The freezing part almost seems like a memory leak as you can play one round with no problem, but every round after has freezes until you restart the game.
And the cpu usage USED to spike consistently with the freezes. But.. I recently noticed that that might not be the case, as it was using 75% of my cpu, when it froze the cpu usage dropped to around 30%.
I don't really know but to me it seems like multiple bugs doing all this.
Hey there FlashPlex,
Thanks for reaching out.
We are aware of performance issues caused by the Ubisoft overlay so would recommend disabling this[www.ubisoft.com] to see if this improves things at all.
How are you getting on?

I figured out the solution.
As long as i start the game over Ubi Connect everything is way less stressed (70%CPU).
If i start R6S over steam its 100% CPU again.
Thanks for sharing what worked for you FlashPlex, we'll note your findings to the team!
If there's anything more we can help with, please let us know!
