vc not working at all

ive been having this issue for a few months now. idk why but my vc just completely stopped working. it used to work fine in like april and march. at first, i thought that it was silent because no one was simply talking. but eventually i found out that it was only me who cant hear ♥♥♥♥ in vc. neither can other players cant hear me. even the vc icon doesnt show up. its a huge issue and i cant find the fix anywhere. Please note that all other audio is completely fine and so is my sound settings.
