We have a basic troubleshooting article over here[ubi.li], which explains steps that might help. In particular, I'd recommend verifying your game files, updating your drivers and OS, and making sure to turn off unnecessary background applications.
If that doesn't help, we'll be able to troubleshoot further with the help of some system files - a https://ubi.li/dxdiag and an https://ubi.li/msinfo. The two articles I've linked there will show you how to find each of them.
Once you have those files, you can reach out to us via our support website[support.ubisoft.com] (don't choose any of the drop-down menus, just scroll right down to the support ticket), or via Facebook or Twitter, to send them across, and we'll be able to use them to investigate the issue.
