its geforce now server, ask in geforce forum. since you just play the game by streaming it from geforce server

If you haven't done so already, could you please try;
- Clear the app data from; /Library/Application Support/NVIDIA/
- Reinstall the GeForce Now App
- Try GeForce Now on another user profile
