Hey Canudo,
I've merged your thread here where we're tracking our investigation, but also where some steps and suggestions have been shared.

Have tried reinstalling the game 3 times, and verified even more times with the same issue coming up (nothing detected via verification).
I have made sure all my sound systems were fine.
Please help

Verified/relocated/reinstalled/troubleshot (both windows and game/launcher) etc, etc... I also disabled windows paging file on the drive, rebooted, then tried the relocation again, booting the game from two other drives... I also ran windows recovery and restored previous state... absolutely no difference.
It can be quite disruptive in-game when you can't get certain audio ques, especially on defense (like if you're engaged in a firefight and enemies plant/secure). I can't think of a game that is riddled with so many one-step-forward-two-steps-back solutions. Every update, big or small, brings more and more problems.
Get it together, Ubi
