BATTLEEYE stuck at updating
Hello, I cant play this game , because when I launch it opens up battle.eye launcher and get stuck on updating, and nothing happens for a long time? Any fix to this , thanks!

Hey CR4CKHEAD,

Sorry to hear it BattlEye is stuck on updating and preventing you from launching Rainbow Six Siege.

It could be a temporary issue. How long has it been happening?
Did you try restarting your PC and trying again?

Do you have any additional processes / software / overlays running in the background?
If the issue does not resolve itself, start with a clean boot and launch the game again.

Disabling background applications on PC[www.ubisoft.com]

Hello, Havent played since I downloaded, its been around a week now , the game just doesnt open up :( Yes, I have restarted and done many things , but nothing seems to been helping!

Is this the first time you installed the game on this PC? Or did the game work before?

Did you try the clean boot I linked above? Perhaps something is causing a conflict with BattlEye?

Can you share with us the full specs of your PC please?
CPU:
GPU:
RAM:
Storage type (NVME, SSD, HDD):
Windows version:
(type WinVer in the Start menu and press Enter to check your Windows version and build)

Do you have any additional USB accessories plugged in?
Is the Ubisoft Connect and the game installed on the system C drive?

Please include the GPU driver version and date and the game's installation path.

Somehow the issue got fixed, but now I have a different problem , In game im offline, and cant go online, it shows me download and restart for update , but when i click it nothing happens

Hey CR4CKHEAD.

How do you connect to the Internet?
Do you have your own broadband with a router that you can access? Or is it a shared connection managed by someone else?

If you can, test a different Internet connection. It could be a mobile phone hotspot sharing your mobile data. This will let you know if the issue is with your main broadband or router. Just be careful not to download anything large when using it as it may incur cost.
