Big troubles with BattlEye. The endless "Update" status. Бесконечное обновление BattlEye


При запуске игры лаунчер BattlEye запускается, 10 минут находится в статусе "Обновление", закрывается. Открывается заново. И так до бесконечности. Windows переустанавливал, компьютер перезагружал, BattlEye запускается от имени администратора, во всевозможные исключения всех существующих антивирусов включен. Даже провайдера поменял, но ничего не помогает. Помогите, пожалуйста!!!


When the game starts, the BattlEye launcher starts, stays in the "Update" status for 10 minutes, and closes. It opens anew. And so on indefinitely. Windows was reinstalled, the computer was rebooted, BattlEye is run as an administrator, all possible exceptions of all existing antiviruses are included. I even changed the provider, but nothing helps. Please help me!!!

Hey there,

Sorry to hear you've been having difficulty with launching the game due to a BattlEye update error.

As you have stated you have already attempted both running as admin and ensuring that it is adding to the exception list of any antivirus/firewall software can we ask you to try running the BattlEye executable on its own? This should hopefully update BE to the latest version. If that doesn't work you can also try deleting the BattlEye files and then verifying your installation which was perform a clean installation of BattlEye which may also assist in resolving this situation.

Please let us know the outcome after you've had a chance to test this out.
