Joining "Standard" matches
I keep having connection issues when playing the Standard game mode. Almost every time I join a match I lose connection and get a Battleye error message. On top of that I can never reconnect to the match, and get banned for an hour... EDIT: Just checked and it's actually now a 2 day ban since I've been trying for 2 days.

Anyone know if there's something I can do?

Attached is the error message.

Hey there,

Sorry to hear you've been experiencing connectivity issues recently.

Are you only experiencing this particular error in the screenshot when you're disconnected or are you seeing multiple? If it's multiple could you confirm what those errors are also?

For this bad service version kick this usually occurs when BattlEye is outdated or is being blocked by a firewall or antivirus. Please try all of the following steps and let us know if this helps or if you require further assistance:

Verify your installation[ubi.li]: This will rule out the issue being caused by any missing or corrupt files and if any are identified it will replace them

Add BattlEye to your security software's exception list: Make sure that any Antivirus/Firewall/Security applications, including Windows Defender, have both BattlEye and the game executable files added to the exception list.

Run files as admin[ubi.li]: Please ensure that the BattlEye and game executable files are both also running with elevated admin privileges.

Ensure BattlEye is updated to the latest version: After performing the steps above to ensure BattlEye is able to be updated correctly double click the BattlEye executable in the game installation folder, this will run BattlEye and if it is outdated update it to the latest version.

After performing all these steps try playing again and let us know if the issue persists or if the situation has improved.

Thanks!
