Randomly banned for cheating??

So i just woke up this morning to see an Account alert on my steam and when i open it apparently im banned for cheating?? I've never even considered getting cheats for this game nor will i ever will. I've spent way too much money on skins for this game to lose it all just so i can cheat a few games, last time ive even launched the game is january 6 so wtf?

No in fact i was not, i was hardstuck silver/gold with 550 or so hours

I'm trying to log into ubisoft right now but when i press "forgot password" and try to get an email to reset it nothing gets sent to me??

We dont know if you tell the truth or not but we also dont know what crap you running on your PC
Also you can lie about all so whats the point in argue on something here ?

Support will not help much...they replay slow this days also there is no way they will let you know why or how or for what you got banned...

Support will not help much...they replay slow this days also there is no way they will let you know why or how or for what you got banned...

There was a recent case:

A streamer was banned for cheating.

Not because he was cheating.

Another "eSport player" reported someone on his team (he was not premade with those cheaters) manually to Ubisoft as an cheater and the Support banned that cheater and all his teammates, because that's what that eSport player wanted.


So now that Streamer got falsely banned because the Support gave zero ♥♥♥♥♥ and just decided to ban people without proof of any sort.


So back to OP:

consider getting in touch with the twitter support team, not the ubisoft support ticket team, which are most of the time unqualified pieces of...

That was a manual ban and it was from a dev or creator so you cant compare that to his...
There is no way he gets a manual ban...
Neither one of my friends neither the ones that talk slurs and screams all day they did not get a ban
So its either something trigger it or i dont know
Just cant compare the two bans
You dont know what crap he runs what he has on his PC installed cuz his friends tell him is good or he does trust the software so you cant say it was a manual ban

I can only imagine i'd be banned for being toxic sometimes, like if my teammates are going 6rounds without a kill i'll let them know they're trash especially if they're blaming others for losing, i only ever play with 2 friends and they're arguably worse than me and im pretty bad, i usually stick around silver rank in ranked but i haven't written anything so severe that it'd get me banned, especially 8months later.
I've recently done a factory reset on my computer as after i downloaded elden ring from nexus gaming i woke up once and saw that i've sent half the people on my firends list a clearly botted scam website, after that i reset all my passwords and factory reset my computer but there has been no unusual activity emails sent to me for logging into anything ubisoft related or any other game/company related stuff

I've contacted them on Facebook and Email, we'll see if i can get any information on whats going on
