Tutorial is broken

When playing the tutorial, i get stuck at the part where you have to melee a wood wall for continue, but it just gets stuck at "Press TAB to open Control Layout" and doesnt open the door where the wood wall is, this not only doesnt let me complete the tutorial, it literally just blocks the game because finishing the tutorial is required for play the game, ive seen reports of this since one month and its not a thing that only happens to me, i think that it happens to everyone for what ive seen, if this cant be fixed, i would like a refund

Same here. This bug can be found less than 5 minutes into the tutorial. I guess the tutorial was not tested this release. sigh. Another Day Before like refund coming.

found a solution, you need to conect a controler and press "START" and it will open the door and you could complete the tutorial

Hey there folks,

I can confirm that this is a known issue the team are aware of and are actively investigating. If you have not yet done so you can add to this R6Fix ticket[r6fix.ubi.com].

In the meantime players have reported that they have been able to progress past this step by either standing right in front of the door to the next room and pressing the tab key or alternatively connecting a controller and pressing the button prompt instead should work correctly and from then on you can return to playing with keyboard and mouse.

i want a refund because the game isn't working for me as well not only is it not fair for me it is unfair for many people like me and if this doesn't get fixed i will be expecting a refund or i'm suing.

I have another bug on defender tutorial like im not able to leave the camera system (tried everything (both buttons, tutorial restart, re modification of binds , etc.) another day, another mistake playing someting made or bought by ubislop
