60 minutes ban for nothing?

When i exited the drone, i couldn't move and it said that my operator was loading.
Next, it kicked me for loading for too long and when i tried to reconnect it said that it kicked me out of the whole session and if i don't reconnect, i'll get a 60 minutes ban along with reduced reknown and all that. Please fix your game, YOU KICKED ME, PREVENTED ME FROM RECONNECTING AND GAVE ME A BAN? WHY?? (Map : skyscraper, Operator : Dokkaebi, Mode : Tactical, Standard)

Loss of connection is often clientside fault. Check your internet connection and verify files on the game.

This exact same thing is happening to me. I'm on my third 2 day ban now. It only happens on ranked/standard. Ill be in the drone phase and it wont let me go to operator at all. I've verified a game file, uninstalled reinstalled, cleared steam cache. Im out of ideas.
