Ubisoft won't send me password recovery mail.

I forgot my password and I requested a password change email but I did not receive it.

I had a @hotmail.com account. The same thing occurred. However if you message ubisoft support the emails came through.

The first step i took was to see if "[e-mail]" was blocked / spam categorized.

The second step was to message ubisoft support and ask if there is a problem with my e-mail in my current ubisoft account.

Third step was to change my e-mail to a gmail account.
