I started a case on Ubi Support Website on May 16, after 29 days i got my first reply from an agent who asked me to verify my account, i did it, Then they said that my case has been escalated to another department, Its been 3 days, still haven't got an update. Its been 32 days and no real progress has been made. My case number is 20843830. I request that if there is any developer present here who can check if my case is in the correct queue, it would be very helpful. Thank You!
