I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with the voice chat.
Can you go to the Ubisoft account management website in the link below and ensure that you login to the same account you are playing the game on:
https://account.ubisoft.com/privacy-center/social-preferences
Once you are logged in can you check that 'Text & Voice Chat' is set to everyone? If it is can you try changing the option to something else, then save it and then toggle it back to everyone and save again.
If it's not already set to everyone can you change it and save. Once you have done this restart the game and try using voice chat again.

This doesn't have an affect on the issue, but will only work after restarting PC. Only the first match will the in Game Voice Chat works, and then the next matches will not work.
"Have you tried turning it of and back on" ahh reply... thousands fo people with this issue since 2017 and they just give the same replies bruh
