Привет, извини за долгий ответ, получилось. Надо зайти на сайт Юбисофт Конект Америки и там писать в поддержку с второго аккаунта. Мне через неделю написали и через чат в тикете я отвязал двухфакторную аутентификацию. Попросят код с почты второго аккаунта ( они его пришлют после сообщения) и потом код с почты основного аккаунта на котором стоит аутентификация
Доброго дня. У меня такая же ситуация. Хотел бы спросить как выглядит текст сообщения. Надо ведь писать на английском?

I am writing to you regarding my Ubisoft Connect account, which I have recently lost access to.
Please find below the details of the situation:
I had previously linked two-factor authentication (2FA) to my account in order to enhance its security. After doing so, I stopped playing the R6S game for a period of time and forgot about the 2FA. As a result, I deleted the authentication application and forgot about it.
When I later tried to return to the game, I realized that I needed a code from my authenticator, which I no longer had access to. The alternative login method requires me to enter a code that was previously sent to my email when I connected my authenticator. However, I could not find this code in my email.
In order to resolve this issue, I created a new Ubisoft support ticket. To prove my identity, I am attaching the following information:
- Username: (Никнейм в Ubisoft Connect)
- Email: (Почта от аккаунта Ubisoft Connect)
- Logins used on the account: (Никнеймы которые были в Ubisoft Connect, если не помнишь удали строчку)
I kindly request your assistance in restoring access to my account. This would allow me to continue playing the game without any interruptions.
