Can't open alpha packs

Hello,
anyone else having issues opening alpha packs? I have no issue opening bravo packs but alpha packs are grayed out as if I had 0 even tho I have 3 and whenever I try to open them, it says "Opening packs is not currently possible. Please try again later".
Ofc I did as it says (tried again later), the first time this occured was yesterday morning so I though that one day is enough for it, but it wasn't apparently.
What I find most confusing is, that I can open bravos just fine only issue is with the alphas, anyone else having the same issue? And if so and managed to fix it, how'd you do it?

If needed I can provide screenshots as well, tho I have no clue how to post them here.

yes i am having the same problem. its grayed and and when i press on it, it says the same thing yours says.

I think it was just a UBI problem, I can open them now again and I haven't done anything except for waiting for almost 2 days xd
