Keybinds issues
Whenever I press to spring/run it automatically do crouch/mic-on/Chat/melee and menu. Already uninstalled the game a couple of times, deleting the folders, switching the keybinds, disabling the chat/voicechat and still is doing the issue. I generally can't run at all during any match.
Is there something, I can do to fix this issue?

Hey Trysnau,

Sorry to hear you are encountering some key bind issues.

It is great to see that you have already tried a number of steps to troubleshoot the cause.

Would it be possible to try resetting your default keybinds? You can find the steps on how to do this in this support article [support.ubisoft.com]

Any trouble just let us know

Yes, we have resetting to default keybinds, switched keybinds and did that what the article refer. It continues to perform the same issue.

Hello Trysnau, thanks for posting and thank you for letting us know you have tried the steps in the support article for resetting keybinds.

Can I ask if you use any of the following software on your computer whilst playing the game -
Full Screen Game Overlays
VoIP and Chat services
RGB controllers
Overclocking Software
Hardware monitoring
Streaming software
Peer to Peer software
Other game launchers
VPN

If so, please disable these applications from running in the background through Task Manager, as they could be interfering with the games controls. This article should explain how - https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/Article/000063761

If you have any USB devices connected that you are not using whilst playing the game, please try disconnecting some of these, in case one of them is interfering with the controls as well.

Can I also ask if you have recently updated your keyboard and mouse firmware too?

Yes, we have disabled all other software and all drives are up to date, we have gone over all the steps with no improvement. Even switched to a different mouse and keyboard.
