Operator Specialties Problems

I recently got R6S and have had troubles with the operator specialties challenges. They were working fine until last night (2 days after I unlocked them) and have been greyed out since. All of them just say "Learn more about (blank) specialty and complete challenges to unlock (blank)." Any reason why they would randomly stop working, even after I did a few of them?

i have the same problem i downloaded the game it was ok after 2 days all operators were greyed out and said
0/0 identify oponents pls help
